Dr. Lenaghan is the Anastasio and Maria Kyriakides Endowed Chair Professor in Education and Social Sciences 2002-2005.  He holds a position as a Fulbright Senior Specialist Fellow – 2002-2007. 

Charles Phillips is a team oriented cross-cultural management performance specialist with extensive experience in cross cultural management in more than forty countries including Russia, Ukraine, China, Philippines and the USA. 

Originally from Coconut Grove, Florida. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University Bloomington in May 2007, served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with I Have a Dream–Overtown in Miami, and remains passionately committed to the Overtown Dreamer Class of 2015.

A graduate of Miami/Dade College, Florida Atlantic University, McGill University and the University of  Hawaii  with  an  educational  background  in  History  and  Anthropology  with  a Master's  in  Political Science, specializing in Futures Studies.

A Miami Dade College (Miami  FL) and Gonzaga University (Spokane,   WA) Alumnus, Mr. Michael Imasua was born in the rich, yet marginalized Niger Delta region of Nigeria. 

Juan P. Casimiro began his education career in 1987 after closing his first business in New York City.  Now with 20+ years of experience as a public speaker, entrepreneur, educator, coach and mentor, Casimiro specializes in building individual and organizational strength from within.

Mr. Bates is President of United Vision Group, a New Jersey based management and consulting corporation.
